The North American West is unsurpassed in its beauty and grandeur. From soaring mountains to colorful canyons to dense forest to sparse deserts to dramatic seacoasts to lush rainforests -- the landscape continually offers vistas that bring awe and wonder to the traveler with an inquisitive eye.

In the western USA we've had opportunities to walk trails in parks and wilderness areas of Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, California, and Hawaii. Our Arizona hikes are in a separate group, as are the walks we've taken in the Pacific Northwest. I look forward to sharing more with you as I have time to process my photos.
