Hello, and welcome to Sustaining Images. For me, photography is not a hobby or a profession. It is a way of seeing the world around me, especially when traveling and hiking. Through the camera's lens I become more aware of the subtle richness of both the natural world and the built environment. It allows me to replay memories of places and events that helped shape who I am. It is also a way of sharing these experiences with others. My hope is that you will find the images on this site helpful in sustaining your own journey along what is sometimes a challenging path through life. Thank you for entering this space!
